"a sense of community within your neighborhood."

About Omni

Omni Community Association Managers is a privately owned, Central Ohio-based company that provides an unparalleled combination of knowledge and customer service in the community association management industry. Unlike other companies that tout themselves as "association managers," but who offer association management as an add-on to managing apartments and commercial properties, community association management is all we do - and we do it really, really well! Omni is owned and operated by a licensed attorney who has over 25 years of experience in subdivision and condominium association operations. Part of that experience consists of years of drafting deed restrictions and associations' formative documents - many of which have been adopted as the 'industry-standard' in Central Ohio. Who better to help your Association understand its rights and obligations than the one who virtually "wrote the book?"

Beyond understanding associations, we take great pride in providing services to our managed communities in a team-driven environment that maximize efficiency, reduce the burden on the Association's trustees, and take advantage of state-of-the-art technology. Our goal is to improve each association's operations and collections experience, building a true sense of "community" among the residents in the neighborhoods we are privileged to manage.

Mission Statement

Omni Community Association Managers' mission is to provide affordable, professional management solutions to condominium and subdivision homeowners' associations. Working as a team with the leadership of our managed communities, Omni delivers a proven mix of advanced technology and innovated problem-solving skills that are uniquely customizable to the needs of each individual development. Omni strives to provide superior, responsive, results-oriented service to each community, respecting its members while staying in-touch with the needs of the larger group.
