We track site inspections and keep records of field-verified violations on-line and in real time, giving us the ability to respond and deal with issues as quickly as possible. We can provide reports to Trustees that reflect up-to-the-minute conditions!

Best of all, none of the technology we use takes our people out of the process. We still have a live operator manning the Help Desk during regular business hours, and our staff provides live, friendly responses to address your questions and concerns. We do live site inspections and meet with your Board face-to-face to allow our wonderful tools to enhance the 'personal touch' we offer, not to replace it.
